The 'Fight For Love' Series, FFL I call it, is a series about three best friends, each book in the three-book installation is about each of those best friends.
These girls grew up together until they had to part ways to pursue their further studies. They meet years later after they've graduated college and are now strong and confident women.
Book 1 is about Isabelle, the dancer amongst the girls, who has turned her passion into her source of income. She's made a name for herself in the dance industry but she isn't to be judged for this dancing damsel isn't just all rhythm, she's brilliant. Isabelle is a physiotherapist and when she isn't on duty, she's busting out moves at a dance studio or on stage.
Isabelle has no time for a relationship and she really hasn't found anyone that has piqued her interest until she reunites with her best friend, Josie. Josie introduces her to her best friends whom she met in college, Andre and Fred.
Andre is a devil, a title given to him by his employees. He's up to business and nothing else until he meets Isabelle, whom Josie has always talked about along with her other best friend, Mia. Andre is immediately attracted to Isabelle and pursues her.
They fall in love down the line but Isabelle's career in dance is taking off and she loses sight of what she has while she goes after what she's wanted for so long, her dream. After trying to make things work out between them, Andre realizes that Isabelle isn't willing to make them work just as much as he is. He leaves the country and dives right back into work.
One small accident leaves Isabelle unable to dance and the period she recovers, she realizes she's lost the best thing to happen to her and sets out to get Andre back. Andre doesn't let Isabelle's words get to him. He takes some time to think it over before he decides to try again with her now that she's willing to put just as much as he is willing to put into their relationship.
On to Book 2, where Fred falls in love with Mia. Fred has only ever been in one relationship where it turned out the girl wasn't really in love with him but with his wealth and status. Fred swore off relationships...with the wrong person until he meets Mia.
Mia is a lawyer in the making, who is determined to crack the bar exam at her first sitting. At night, she's a wild and sexy woman. When Fred comes into her life, she wills herself to push her feelings for him aside and focus on her goal after which she decided to see where things go with him. Her bar results aren't what she wanted and with her crushed dream, she decides Fred isn't what she needs in her life then and decides to leave the country to focus on her dreams.
Two years later and they meet again at Andre and Isabelle's wedding where Fred is more in love with her than ever. He tries to get Mia to see that she can balance her professional life and her love life if only she tried. Mia finally gives into him and months later is glad that she did.
Book 3 is about Josie, who has a past with a boy she wouldn't even let herself think about. She meets him at Fred and Mia's wedding and is shocked that her girlfriends invited him to the wedding.
Kaiden pursued Josie in college, eight years ago and on the night Josie decided to confess her feelings to him, Kaiden chooses that night to make his father angry and ends up proposing to a girl his father dislikes, Sarah. Josie is heartbroken and leaves that night in the past where it's been until now.
Kaiden will do anything to get Josie to forgive him, even hand over a project to her team just to be close to her again. Josie and Kaiden start to form a bond between them as Josie doesn't want to think about or bring up the past. But when she does, it's at the time Kaiden decides to try again with her. Josie runs away, scared that she'd be heartbroken again.
A life/death experience leaves Josie shaken and then she confesses her feelings to Kaiden who is relieved and happy for he has never stopped loving her.
